Start at the top and work your way down to the bottom. Use the curl and ruffle method then add 2 strips of deco mesh to each wreath tie.

Step 2Īdd one zip tie to the grapevine base in between the top two pipe cleaners and add another between the bottom two pipe cleaners. Take grapevine base and tie 4 pipe cleaners to the grapevine base all on one side.
